FCC Dismisses Petition for Channel Substitution in Michigan and Wisconsin

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition by Tri-Cities Television Company to substitute Channel 25 for Channel 17 at Iron Mountain, Michigan, and allot Channel 31 at Menominee, Michigan, and Channel 17 at Wittenberg, Wisconsin, due to lack of interest in applying for the proposed channels.
