FCC Refines Spectrum Rules to Encourage Innovation in New Telecommunications Technologies

The Federal Communications Commission has issued a new Second Memorandum Opinion and Order to clarify rules and policies for making spectrum available for emerging telecommunications technologies, including 2 GHz bands for future wireless communications services.
