EPA Proposes Full Approval of Puerto Rico's PM10 Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes full approval of the State Implementation Plan submitted by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to attain National Ambient Air Quality Standards for fine particulate matter (PM10).
