Florida Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Program Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Florida's hazardous waste program revisions, which were submitted under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The revisions, covering the period from July 1, 1990, to June 30, 1992, are now subject to public review and comment.
