Clean Air Act Approval and Promulgation of Employee Commute Options Programs; Indiana

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision request for an Employee Commute Options Program (ECO Program) in Lake and Porter Counties, aiming to reduce vehicle occupancy by at least 25 percent.
