Clean Air Act Approval and Promulgation of Employee Commute Options Program; Indiana

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has approved the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision request submitted by the State of Indiana on February 25, 1994, to establish an Employee Commute Options Program (ECO Program) in Lake and Porter Counties, requiring employers with 100 or more employees to increase average passenger occupancy by at least 25 percent.
