EPA Proposes Revision to Acid Rain Program's Continuous Emissions Monitoring Provisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposes to revise the Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) provisions of the Acid Rain Program to make its implementation more efficient, with an effective date of October 17, 1994, if no adverse comments are received.
