Withdrawal of Approval of Implementation Plan Item; Wisconsin

The United States Environmental Protection Agency withdraws the conditional approval of Wisconsin's State Implementation Plan for oxides of nitrogen (NO X) reasonably available control technology (RACT) due to a court decision, allowing EPA to issue a finding of failure to submit to the state.
