EPA Amends Standards for Management of Specific Hazardous Wastes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is amending Sec. 266.20 to remove exemptions for certain uses of slag residues from RCRA Subtitle C regulations, following a review of public comments and a settlement agreement with the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and Hazardous Waste Treatment Council.
