Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans; Ohio: Correction, Extension of Public Comment Period

The USEPA proposed to approve exemption requests for Toledo and Dayton ozone nonattainment areas in Ohio on July 26, 1994. The public comment period has been extended due to adverse comments and a typographical error in the proposed rule.
