Thermo-Chem, Inc. to Settle Environmental Liability Under CERCLA
Thermo-Chem, Inc. has agreed to a deminimis settlement with the U.S. EPA for past and future environmental response actions at its Muskegon, Michigan site, pending review and approval by the U.S. Department of Justice.
