EPA Establishes Temporary Exemption for Bacteriophages from Xanthomonas campestris subsp. vesicatoria in Tomatoes and Peppers

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted a temporary exemption from the tolerance requirement for bacteriophages isolated from Xanthomonas campestris subsp. vesicatoria, which can be found on raw tomatoes and peppers, effective immediately.
