EPA Approves Florida's Emission Statement Program Under Clean Air Act

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the State of Florida's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Clean Air Act, which establishes an emission statement program to track and reduce emissions in the state.
