EPA Approves Texas State Implementation Plan for Nitrogen Dioxide Reductions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve a revision to the Texas Prevention of Significant Deterioration State Implementation Plan, which incorporates federal nitrogen dioxide increment standards, in an effort to reduce nitrogen dioxide emissions in the state.
