New VOC Emissions Standards for Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency proposes new standards to reduce volatile organic compound emissions from the Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry, aiming to decrease VOC emissions by 16,200 megagrams in the fifth year following promulgation.
