EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Revised Termiticide Labeling Policy

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed policy on revised termiticide labeling for most non-fumigant termiticides, including soil-applied termiticides, for 60 days, from September 12, 1994, to November 14, 1994.
