Operating Permit Program: Proposed Interim Approval; Minnesota Pollution Control Agency

The EPA proposes interim approval of the Operating Permit Program submitted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements which mandate that States develop, and submit to EPA, programs for issuing operating permits to all major stationary sources, and to certain other sources. DATES: Comments on this proposed action must be received in writing by October 13, 1994.
