EPA Approves Colorado's PM-10 Implementation Plan for Aspen

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of Colorado's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to reduce particulate matter (PM-10) in Aspen, Colorado, to meet national air quality standards. The EPA will finalize the approval without a second comment period if no adverse comments are received.
