Additional Data Available on Wastes Studied in the Report to Congress on Cement Kiln Dust

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available for public inspection and comment recently acquired data on cement kiln dust studied in its December 1993 report to Congress on the topic, as part of a consent decree with the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) regarding the regulation of this waste stream.
