EPA Proposes Interim Approval or Disapproval of Oregon's Operating Permits Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to either approve or disapprove Oregon's Operating Permits Program, which aims to comply with federal regulations requiring states to issue operating permits to major stationary sources and certain other sources, pending the adoption of proposed rule revisions.
