EPA Approves Tennessee's Emergency Episode Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Tennessee's revision to its emergency episode plan requirements, which were submitted as part of the State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, without prior proposal, due to the Agency's expectation of no adverse comments.
