EPA Grants Delegation of Authority to South Dakota for Prevention of Significant Deterioration Permitting

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted the State of South Dakota authority to implement and enforce the Federal Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) permitting regulations, effective July 6, 1994, following a request from the state on November 12, 1993.
