In response to several requests, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is granting a 60-day extension to the comment period for the proposed rule entitled Hazardous Waste Management System; Modification of the Hazardous Waste Program; Mercury-Containing Lamps, which was published on July 27, 1994 (59 FR 38288).
