USEPA Approves Minnesota's 1990 Carbon Monoxide Emission Inventory

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the 1990 base year carbon monoxide emission inventory submitted by the State of Minnesota, meeting the Clean Air Act requirements for emission inventories in nonattainment areas, including the Duluth and Minneapolis-St. Paul regions.
