Clean Air Act Proposed Interim Approval Operating Permits Program; the State of Arkansas

The EPA proposes interim approval of the operating permits program submitted by the Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology (ADPCE) through the Governor of Arkansas for the purpose of complying with Federal requirements which mandate that States develop, and submit to EPA, programs for issuing operating permits to all major stationary sources, with the exception of sources on Indian Lands. DATES: Comments on this proposed action must be received in writing by October 19, 1994.
