EPA Approves Emission Statement Implementation Plans for Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed full approval of revised State Implementation Plans (SIPs) for Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont to implement emission statement programs for stationary sources in these states, as required by federal regulations.
