Federal Acquisition Regulation; Small Business Subcontracting Reporting (SF 295) - Proposed Rule to Track Subcontracting Data

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a proposed rule to add a new column to the Standard Form 295, allowing for the tracking of subcontracting data for small businesses, including women-owned small businesses and small disadvantaged businesses, as part of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The rule is subject to review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under Executive Order No. 12866, issued on September 30, 1993.
