Availability of Proposed Approval Decisions and Lists Under CWA Section 303(d)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made available lists for the Region VII states of Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri, which were submitted in response to the Clean Water Act (CWA) section 303(d)(2), along with proposed decisions to approve these lists. The public is invited to submit comments on these proposals by November 14, 1994.
