EPA Proposes Pesticide Tolerances for Abamectin BINF1 and Its Delta-8,9-Isomer

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed tolerances for residues of the insecticide abamectin BINF1 and its delta-8,9-isomer on certain raw agricultural commodities, including celery, tomatoes, and strawberries, following a request from Merck Sharp & Dohme, a division of Merck & Co. Comments on the proposed regulation must be submitted by October 28, 1994.
