Polystyrene; Tolerance Exemption

This document proposes to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of polystyrene (CAS Reg. No. 9003-53-6) when used as an inert ingredient (suspending agent, thickener) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, or animals. Dow Chemical Co. requested this proposed regulation. DATES: Comments, identified by the document control number [OPP- 300359], must be received on or before October 28, 1994.
