EPA to Share Confidential Business Info with Contractors for Clean Water Act Guidelines

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to share technical and financial confidential business information with contractors and subcontractors to help develop guidelines and standards for the metal products and machinery industry under the Clean Water Act (CWA). This information was collected under Section 308 of the CWA and is open for public comment.
