EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts' Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan (SIP) amendment submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which aims to reduce vehicle emissions and air pollution in the Boston area by limiting parking spaces in the South Boston neighborhood.
