EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for American Chemical Services Site in Indiana

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a de minimis settlement for past and future response actions at the American Chemical Services site in Griffith, Indiana, in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
