EPA Approves Maine's Revised Air Quality Plan for Kraft Pulp Mills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Maine to control total reduced sulfur (TRS) emissions from existing kraft pulp mills, meeting the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
