EPA Approves Maine's Revised Air Quality Plan for Kraft Pulp Mills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Maine's revised plan to control total reduced sulfur (TRS) emissions from existing kraft pulp mills, submitted by the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on April 27, 1994, as part of the State Implementation Plan (SIP).
