EPA Extends Comment Period for Louisiana's Operating Permits Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule on Louisiana's operating permits program, originally set to close on October 26, 1994, in response to requests from the Louisiana Chemical Association, Louisiana Association of Business and Industry, and the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality.
