EPA Removes Final Rule on Michigan Ozone Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is removing a final rule that approved exemptions for the Detroit-Ann Arbor ozone nonattainment areas in Michigan due to adverse comments. The EPA will publish a subsequent final rule addressing the comments.
