EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Michigan Ozone Nonattainment Area Exemption

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its proposed exemption of the Detroit-Ann Arbor ozone nonattainment area in Michigan from Clean Air Act requirements by 30 days, following adverse comments and requests for an extension.
