EPA Proposes De Minimis Settlement for MIG/Dewane Landfill in Illinois

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a de minimis settlement under Section 122(g) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) for the MIG/Dewane Landfill in Belvidere, Illinois, following a request for public comment submitted by EPA Region 5.
