EPA Proposes Delay in Financial Assurance Requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to delay the effective date of financial assurance requirements for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (MSWLFs) until April 9, 1996, in an effort to provide additional time for owners and operators to comply with the new regulations.
