EPA Transfers Hazardous Waste Data to Contractors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will transfer data related to hazardous waste management to its contractors, including Hydrogeologic, Inc., SAIC, DPRA, Inc., Ambiotech, Inc., and S.S. Papadopulos, Inc., as part of its responsibilities under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). This data includes information used to identify and regulate hazardous waste activities, and some of it may be subject to confidentiality claims.
