EPA Region IV awarded Enforcement Support Services (ESS) Contract 68-S4-4001 to prime contractor, DESA, Inc. (DESA). EPA has authorized DESA access to information in Region IV Superfund files which has been submitted to EPA under the environmental statutes administered by the Agency.
