Pasteuria Penetrans; Proposed Exemption from the Requirement of a Tolerance

EPA proposes establishing an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the biological pesticide Pasteuria penetrans in or on all raw agricultural commodities when used as a nematicide in producing fruits and vegetables, except roots and tubers, in greenhouses. Walt Disney World Co. requested this exemption.
