Acrylic Acid-Stearyl Methacrylate Copolymer; Tolerance Exemption

This document proposes that an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance be established for residues of acrylic acid-stearyl methacrylate copolymer (CAS Reg. No. 27756-15-6) when used as an inert ingredient (emulsifier, suspending agent, or rheology modifier) in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, or animals. B. F. Goodrich Co. petitioned for this proposed regulation.
