EPA Withdraws Approval for Indiana Employee Commute Options Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its approval of a revised Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Employee Commute Options (ECO) program, following adverse comments on the rule, and will instead summarize and respond to the comments before announcing a final decision on the program.
