EPA Proposes to Delete Kent City Mobile Home Park Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 5 is seeking public comment on its proposal to remove the Kent City Mobile Home Park Site from the National Priorities List (NPL), a list of contaminated sites identified under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA). The EPA made this decision after consulting with the State of Michigan and determining that no further cleanup is necessary at the site.
