EPA Invites Public Comment on Proposed Deletion of 4-Vinylcyclohexene Assay

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public input on a proposed rule to eliminate the triggered in vivo alkaline elution assay for 4-vinylcyclohexene (4-VCH), a chemical subject to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Written comments must be submitted by December 14, 1994, to the EPA's TSCA Nonconfidential Information Center.
