EPA Deletes Allied Plating Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has removed the Allied Plating site in Portland, Oregon from the National Priorities List (NPL), following a determination that no further cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA) is necessary, and that the selected remedy has been protective of public health and the environment.
