Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Leak Repair; Partial Stay

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a temporary stay of certain federal rules requiring the repair and/or retrofit of appliances containing ozone-depleting substances, allowing for a three-month extension to complete the reconsideration process. The stay applies to industrial process refrigeration equipment and is in effect until further notice.
