EPA Approves Wyoming's Clean Air Act Implementation Plan for New Source Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to fully approve Wyoming's revision to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) for meeting Clean Air Act requirements, specifically for New Source Review (NSR) in areas that have not yet met national air quality standards, as well as minor revisions to the state's NSR rules.
